The story

My grandfather served. My father served. My sister served. I tried — Marines first, then Army — and a car accident closed that door before it opened. So I serve the community the way I'm able to: real estate, done with care, for the people who wore the uniform and the families who waited at home.

I was born and raised in New Jersey, and I've been Tampa-based long enough to know the neighborhoods near MacDill by name, traffic pattern, and school zone. Husband, father, and a steady presence for the families I work with — that's the part of this work that matters most to me.

What Tampa Heroes is

A place for Tampa-area veterans to get straightforward answers about buying or selling a home — the VA loan process, MacDill PCS relocations, Florida veteran benefits, and the realities of the local market. The guides on this site are free, written by me, and kept current with Florida and VA rules. The relationship with any veteran client is direct.

How I work

• Hands-on representation through every stage of homeownership — first home, upsize, downsize, or coordinating both transactions on the same day.
• Plain-English education first, so every veteran I work with understands the path before any decision is made.
• Direct conversations. I respond personally to inquiries.
