What we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Information you give us directly through the contact form or podcast guest application — typically name, email, phone number (optional), and whatever context you share about your real estate goals or background.
Basic analytics about site traffic — pages viewed, referrer, rough geographic region, device category. We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites.
Audit metadataon form submissions — timestamp, a hashed (not raw) IP address, and your browser's user-agent string. We keep this only to investigate suspected spam or abuse.

What we don't collect

Third-party advertising cookies. Tampa Heroes does not run display ads.
Cross-site tracking identifiers. No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel.
Financial information. We never ask for bank account, Social Security, or credit card numbers on this site.

How we use what we collect

To respond to you. If you fill out the contact form or guest application, we use what you gave us to write back.
To manage leads in our CRM. Form submissions are forwarded to Follow Up Boss (our customer relationship manager) under your consent in submitting the form.
To improve the site.Aggregate analytics help us see which content is useful and which isn't.

Who we share with

Only the service providers we need to operate the site and your response workflow:

Follow Up Boss — CRM. Stores your contact info so Leon can reply.
Vercel — site hosting.
Supabase — database for form submissions and internal records.
Resend — transactional email delivery (for confirmations).
Plausible — cookieless analytics.
Qualified licensed lenders, when you explicitly request information about lending — never without your clear opt-in, and you are free to choose any lender you prefer.

We do not sell your information. Ever.

How long we keep it

Lead records are kept for seven years to comply with Florida real estate recordkeeping rules. Analytics are kept in aggregated form indefinitely (they contain no personal identifiers). You can ask us to delete your personal records at any time — see below.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

Tell you what information we have about you.
Correct anything that's wrong.
Delete your information (subject to the 7-year regulatory hold above, which we'll tell you about if it applies).
Opt out of future marketing emails at any time.

Children

Tampa Heroes is intended for adults considering real estate transactions. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and adjust the "last reviewed" date below. Material changes will be called out at the top of the page for 30 days.
